On cancellation, Marquis will make best efforts to work with the owner to reopen and rebook the original dates; reopening is the owner's decision. If those dates are rebooked at the same or a higher price and full payment is collected, a refund less a penalty of 20% of the total reservation amount is issued. If no new reservation is made, guests may use their original dates provided scheduled payments have been made and Marquis receives written notice at least 72 hours before the reservation begins. ## How can balance payments be made? Credit-card balance payments are capped at $3,500. Payments over $3,500 must be made by check, ACH or wire.
