Unless otherwise stated, payments are non-refundable. If cancellation dates are reopened at the owner’s discretion and successfully rebooked at the same or a higher price, a refund less a penalty of 20% of the total reservation amount is issued after full payment for the replacement reservation. If not rebooked, guests may use their original dates provided scheduled payments are made and Marquis receives written notice at least 72 hours before arrival.
