The house

This 548-square-foot condo sleeps four guests in a bedroom with a queen-size bed and a living room with a leather sleeper sofa, described as suitable for kids. The interior has wood ceilings, wide lake-view windows, colorful artwork and armchairs. There is one bathroom with a shower.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a stove and oven, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, kitchen basics and dishwasher. A dining table seats four, and the private deck has a grill and outdoor seating. Entertainment includes a flatscreen cable TV, a video library and Wi-Fi throughout the home. Air conditioning, heating and a dedicated workspace are available.

Shared facilities include a heated indoor pool, hot tub and sauna. The pool/hot tub building closes annually from the beginning of April until around May 20. Lake access includes a shared dock, a small private beach and a private boat slip; HOA fees and registration apply to the boat slip.

The single-level home has a private entrance and self check-in. Parking accommodates one car. Laundry amenities include a washer and dryer and shared coin laundry. Towels, a hair dryer, hangers and an iron are provided. Safety equipment includes smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, a fire extinguisher and a first aid kit.

Whitefish is a quick walk away. Glacier National Park is 27 miles east, and skiing at Whitefish Mountain Resort is seven miles away.
