Is the pool fenced?
No. The backyard is fenced and there is a gate around the property, but not around the pool itself.
When can the pool and hot tub be used?
Outdoor pools and attached hot tubs are typically available from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Inquire before booking outside this period. The pool heater may operate only from 8am to 6pm.
Who handles guest communication during the stay?
The homeowner manages on-the-ground operations and guest communication after booking confirmation through the Elite program.
