The maximum occupancy is 8 guests. No parties or venue use, no smoking and no pets. This is a personal home, so storage may be required for owner belongings.
Getting there
The home is at the top of Nelson's Port Hills. Tāhunanui Beach is 1.5 km away. Nearby walking tracks include the Tamaki Steps, Days Track, Maire Track, Bobs Track and Pipers Track, with direct access to Tahunanui, the beach area or CBD surrounds. Bedroom 4 is upstairs; all other rooms and amenities are on the main level.
