The house

The open-plan living and dining area has two large sofas, a large TV and a six-seat dining table. The fully equipped kitchen includes a breakfast bar with stools, a microwave and a coffee maker. An undercover patio and grassy backyard provide space for outdoor dining.

The three bedrooms have ceiling fans. There are two queen beds and one single bed across the home. The main bathroom sits adjacent to the bedrooms and has a spacious shower and vanity.

Wi-Fi, an in-unit washing machine and an iron are available. Parking accommodates two cars, with free on-premises and street parking. The dining table can also serve as a workspace.

Point Vernon's beaches, Westside Water Park and the town centre's shops and restaurants are less than a five-minute drive away.
