Three bedrooms are on the first/main floor: one with a queen bed and closet, one with a double/full bed, and one with a sofa bed and twin/single bed. The lower-level bedroom has a king bed. All four bedrooms have air conditioning. A full bathroom with shower and tub and a half bathroom are on the main floor; a second full bathroom with shower is on the lower level. Facilities include central air conditioning, heating, indoor/outdoor Sonos, fitness equipment including weights and a stretching/yoga mat, Wi-Fi, a laptop-friendly workspace, washer and dryer. The primary renter must be at least 25. No persons beyond the maximum occupancy of eight are permitted. Smoking is not allowed. Renters must show proof of extended liability insurance required by the homeowner. Reservations require approval before confirmation. Pets require owner approval and may incur additional fees and/or a security deposit. Events are prohibited. Special-use reservations involving events, commercial activities, other non-traditional uses or rotating guest groups require prior written host approval; additional fees and/or an increased security deposit may apply.
