The house

The house has three bedrooms, one bathroom and two living areas with two flat-screen LCD TVs. Bedroom 1 has a king bed, Bedroom 2 has a queen bed, and Bedroom 3 has two double beds. King Koil mattresses, linen and towels are provided.

Floor-to-ceiling doors in the main living area open to let in the sea breeze. Outdoor seating, a patio or balcony, a garden or backyard and a BBQ with utensils are available. The house has panoramic ocean views, private access to Cormorant Beach and a short walk to Gannet Beach.

Facilities include a gas fireplace, automatically controlled blinds, heating and bathroom underfloor heating. The bathroom facilities include a bathtub and shower. Wi-Fi is included. The kitchen has a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, dishes, silverware and wine glasses, with a dining table and coffee also available. Guests have access to a laundry with a washer and dryer. Kitchen cleaning essentials and sample-size toiletries are provided.

Board games, children’s books and toys are available, and the house is suitable for children aged 2–12 and infants under two. Other facilities include clothing storage, hangers, an iron, hot water, a first aid kit, a smoke detector and a private entrance. Free street parking and off-street driveway parking are available. Pets have access to an enclosed front courtyard and may come inside if well behaved; bookings with pets incur an extra fee.
