## About the house

The house has three bedrooms, one bathroom and two living areas with two flat-screen LCD TVs. Bedroom 1 has a king bed, Bedroom 2 has a queen bed, and Bedroom 3 has two double beds. King Koil mattresses, linen and towels are provided.

Floor-to-ceiling doors in the main living area open to let in the sea breeze. Outdoor seating, a patio or balcony, a garden or backyard and a BBQ with utensils are available. The house has panoramic ocean views, private access to Cormorant Beach and a short walk to Gannet Beach.

Facilities include a gas fireplace, automatically controlled blinds, heating and bathroom underfloor heating. The bathroom facilities include a bathtub and shower. Wi-Fi is included.
