The hotel offers individually designed rooms and suites. Views vary by category and may include the private park, city, lake, canal, courtyard or, in some upper-floor rooms on clear days, the Alps. The property has a fitness area with views of Lake Zurich and the Alps, restaurants and bars, a 24-hour concierge and room service, and twice-daily housekeeping. A free cancellation is available until noon, 24 hours before arrival; later cancellation or no-show incurs charges.
