The primary bedroom and the double-bed guest bedroom have sliding glass doors opening onto the deck; the third bedroom is at the front of the house and has two twin beds. One bathroom has a shower and the other has a shower/tub combination. The central living area has high ceilings, skylights, large windows, a couch, accent chairs, a usable fireplace and a piano. Sliding glass doors lead to the backyard deck. The kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee provisions, dishes, silverware, pots and pans. Central air conditioning, heating, hot water, Wi-Fi, a laptop-friendly workspace, a washer and dryer, bed linens, bath towels and a hair dryer are provided. Outside are an uncovered deck with a dining table and chairs, a grill, and a private outdoor pool surrounded by a second wooden deck. Steps lead down from the upper deck to the pool. Maximum occupancy is five guests. The primary renter must be at least 30 years old. Smoking is not allowed. Reservations require approval before confirmation, and all renters must provide proof of extended liability coverage. Utility fees are included, but guests are responsible for excessive utility usage, defined as utility costs over $50.00 per night of the reservation. One end-of-stay cleaning is included. For stays longer than seven nights, one cleaning per week is mandatory at the guest's expense. Events, commercial activities, other non-traditional uses and rotating groups of guests require prior written host approval. Additional fees and/or an increased security deposit may apply. Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. If the owner agrees to reopen canceled dates and Marquis rebooks the original dates at the same or a higher price, a refund less a penalty of 20% of the total original reservation amount is issued after full payment for the replacement reservation is collected. If the dates are not rebooked, guests may use their original reservation provided scheduled payments have been made and Marquis receives written notice at least 72 hours before the reservation starts. Credit-card balance payments are capped at $3,500; payments over $3,500 must be made by check, ACH or wire. In lieu of a security deposit, the property has up to $25,000 of damage protection, subject to the booking agreement. The owner may show the property to prospective renters or buyers, with efforts to provide advance notice and schedule showings during reasonable daytime hours.
