The 165 sqm home is arranged over three floors. On the ground floor, a hallway leads into an open-plan living area with a book-lined sitting room, fireplace, cushioned seating and a dining area with French doors opening onto the garden. The contemporary, fully equipped kitchen overlooks the small paved garden, which has an outdoor eating area. Kitchen equipment includes an oven, hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kettle and toaster.

The first floor has the main bathroom and the second bedroom, furnished with two armchairs and artwork. A further flight of stairs leads to the master bedroom and an additional bathroom. The master bedroom contains antiques and is the only room with air conditioning. Fans are provided in both bedrooms between May and September. The TV pictured in the master bedroom is no longer in use.

Facilities include free internet, a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, towels, TV and cable TV. Smoke and carbon monoxide detectors are provided. The home is suitable for children and infants. Pets are welcome with an additional cleaning fee.

Clapham Junction station is a five-minute walk away, with trains to Victoria and Waterloo taking around ten minutes. Battersea Park, restaurants, shops and Battersea Power Station are nearby; Chelsea is across the river.
