House rules
The minimum age to rent the property is 25. No smoking, pets or parties. Children and infants are welcome. After booking confirmation, guests must complete an online pre-check-in form and provide official photographic identification.
Getting there
The apartment is on the first floor with no lift. All guests must pass through the principal bedroom to access the bathroom.
