## About the house

The home accommodates up to 13 guests and has five ensuite bedrooms, five full bathrooms and one half bathroom. Decking and ocean views extend from the living room, dining room and four of the ensuite bedrooms.

Level 1 contains laundry facilities, a full-size refrigerator and storage. Level 2 has four ensuite bedrooms: a king room with deck access; a California king room with a sitting room and deck access; a queen room with deck access; and a room with a double/twin bunk set and two twin beds. Each has a shower/tub combination. Level 3 has an oceanside queen ensuite with a shower/tub combination and deck access, plus a half bathroom.

The upper-level living room has a game table and window seats with ocean and lighthouse views. There is a kitchen, dining room, enclosed porch with a table and chairs, and a picnic table on the top deck for outdoor dining or arts and crafts. Kitchen equipment includes a dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, drip and pod coffee makers, and dishes, utensils and cookware.

A hot tub, charcoal grill, outdoor shower, fish-cleaning table, multiple TVs/DVD players, cable TV, outdoor furniture and five beach chairs are provided. Bed linens, bath towels, pillows, blankets, an iron and ironing board are included. The gas fireplace is available January 1–April 25 and October 10–December 31 in 2026, and January 1–April 23 and October 9–December 31 in 2027.

The home is directly in front of the community oceanfront pool complex, with a playground, basketball courts, shuffleboard, putting green, snack bar, game room and volleyball court. Corolla Light community facilities include outdoor, indoor and kiddie pools, tennis and pickleball courts, a recreation center, gym, indoor courts, horseshoes, a trolley, parking and beach access. Each guest needs a wristband to use community amenities; the home provides 12 wristbands.

Semi-oceanfront location with beach access at Franklyn St. South Access. Parking is limited to seven vehicles. Community amenities require a wristband for each guest; 12 wristbands are provided.

No smoking and no pets. Each guest must wear a wristband to use Corolla Light community amenities; 12 wristbands are provided. Saturday check-in and Saturday check-out. Optional early check-in is available in limited quantities each week for an additional fee, subject to qualification.
