Smoking is allowed outside only in designated areas. Pets and service animals are not accommodated in the hotel or guest rooms. Only Suite 2 and Turret Room 3 can accommodate extra guests; the extra-guest fee is $25 per night. Contact the hotel in advance if more than two guests need accommodation in one room. A reservation is confirmed when a deposit is received. The deposit is one night's stay or one-third of the stay, whichever is greater. Deposits are refunded, less a $25 processing fee, for cancellations made at least seven days before arrival; deposits are non-refundable for cancellations within seven days of arrival. Early departures are charged for the reserved time unless the space is subsequently filled by another guest. No refunds are given for illness, cancelled flights or severe weather.
