The 171-square-metre home extends over three floors. Its kitchen has brass cabinets, stone countertops, exposed brick and an all-glass skylight. A casual sitting area overlooks the private garden. The garden studio is not available to guests.

Bedroom 1 has a king-size bed, Bedroom 2 has a super-king-size bed, and Bedroom 3 has two single beds. The second bedroom has a thinner-style mattress; a mattress topper can be provided on request. The home has rustic floorboards, signs of wear and tear, and adult-themed artwork.

The kitchen includes an electric oven, hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kettle and toaster. Other facilities include a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board, TV, fireplace, ceiling fan, bathtub, shower, hair dryer and towels. Smoke and carbon monoxide detectors are provided. Free internet is available.

Kensal Rise is a short stroll to the north, with shops, cafés, Paradise gastro pub and Kensal Green Cemetery. Ladbroke Grove and Portobello Road Market are to the south. Ladbroke Grove tube station is about a fifteen-minute walk away.

A resident dog will be absent during guest stays, but the home may not suit guests with allergies. A pet fish remains in the home, and guests are asked to feed it every day or two. The housekeeper visits on Tuesdays and Fridays.
