House rules
Smoking is not allowed. Babies, toddlers and children are welcome. The fireplaces are ornamental. The kitchen TV is not in use. Cancellation at least five days before check-in qualifies for a full refund; cancellations less than five days before arrival receive no refund.
Getting there
Several steps lead from the street to the front door, and the home spans four floors without an internal elevator. Bayswater and Queensway Underground stations are each a five-minute walk away. A resident dog is absent during stays, but the home may not suit guests with allergies. Significant renovation work at the neighbouring building is scheduled from 14 July 2025.
