## About the house

Bark Place III extends over four floors and has three living rooms across two levels. Two feature bay windows and seating; the third has a sectional sofa for movie nights. The well-equipped kitchen on the first level down opens into a spacious dining area with a wooden dining table. Kitchen equipment includes a coffee maker, dishwasher, electric oven, hob, freezer, fridge, kettle, microwave and toaster.

The bedrooms occupy two levels. Bedroom 1 has a super king-size bed and Bedroom 4 has a single bed, both on the second level. Bedrooms 2 and 3 each have a double bed and are on the third level. Bathing facilities include a tub with an overhead shower on the second level and a walk-in shower on the third level. A private garden provides outdoor space.

Other facilities include free internet, a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, towels, a piano and TV. Smoke and carbon monoxide detectors are provided. The fireplaces are ornamental and the kitchen TV is not in use. The home shows some signs of wear and tear.

Bayswater and Queensway Underground stations are each a five-minute walk away. Notting Hill and Kensington are accessible via a stroll across Kensington Gardens. Nearby shopping includes Kensington High Street and Portobello Road; cultural attractions include Kensington Palace, the Serpentine Galleries and the Royal Albert Hall.

There is no air-conditioning. Fans are provided in every bedroom from May through September and can be requested outside that period. Babies, toddlers and children are welcome. A resident dog will be absent during stays, but the home may not suit guests with allergies. Significant renovation work at the neighbouring building is scheduled from 14 July 2025.
