The townhome accommodates up to 10 guests in three bedrooms, each with an attached bathroom. It has a private entrance, lagoon views, a balcony, a fully equipped kitchen with cookware, coffee makers and an air fryer, an indoor fireplace, an outdoor BBQ with utensils, smart TVs with YouTube Live, family games, a high chair and a Pack 'n Play. Complimentary paddleboards are provided. A dryer, ceiling fans and a carbon monoxide detector are available. Community facilities include six pickleball courts, two resort pools and three hot tubs. Recreation equipment, golf carts and cabanas can be rented on-site. Community activities rotate throughout the year. Rotating events can include rooftop yoga, children’s crafts, food trucks and movies at the pool or lagoon; check the community calendar. Guests receive discounts for attractions and dining, including Crush Golf + Grill, Jellystone Park, Tuacahn Amphitheater, Pizza Factory, Café Sabor, ATV and bike rentals and children’s activities. Personalized codes arrive within 48 hours of booking. Concierge assistance can arrange golf tee times, private chefs and in-home massages.

Access to two community resort pools and three hot tubs, heated year-round. The 2.5-acre resort lagoon has sandy beaches and is naturally heated.

There are no bedrooms on the main floor. The home is one of three adjoining residences with shared walls and separate private entrances. Direct lagoon beach access uses a gate shared by Units B and C, reached through Unit B's patio. Nearby construction is ongoing in Desert Color; use only designated, completed roads and pathways and avoid active construction areas. Zion National Park is 54 miles away, Tuacahn Amphitheatre 15 miles, STG Airport 10 miles, Crush Golf + Grill 1 mile, Sand Hollow 20 miles, Sun River Golf Club 3 miles and Jellystone Adventure Park 22 miles.

No smoking. No pets. Be respectful and courteous when using the shared lagoon beach access gate. Use only designated, completed roads and pathways and stay away from active construction. RVs, trailers and boats using the designated paid lot require advance registration; the fee is $15 per vehicle per stay.
