The house has a single-floor interior, a garden, a front terrace for outdoor meals and barbecues, and a rooftop sun terrace with four loungers. The living-dining room has satellite TV, music facilities and a dining table. The kitchen has an induction hob, microwave, oven and cooking appliances and utensils. A radiator is available for colder days.

Three bedrooms each have a wardrobe, fan and air conditioning. Two bedrooms each contain two single beds; the third has a double bed. Two shared bathrooms have bathtubs. A separate laundry room provides a washing machine, iron and ironing board. Two cots and two high chairs can be prepared for babies. Free Wi-Fi is available. There is no swimming pool or on-property parking.

The maximum occupancy is six guests: four base guests plus two additional guests subject to extra charges. Extra beds may not be prepared or available unless payment for the additional guests is included in the booking. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. Pets, events and smoking are not allowed. Dispose of all rubbish and leave the property properly tidied before departure; otherwise €90 will be deducted from the security deposit. Mandatory Ecotasa applies to guests aged 16 and over: 0.55€ per guest per night in low season and 2.2€ per guest per night in high season. The tax is halved from the ninth day of the stay.
