Intended for families and guests over 25 seeking a peaceful stay. Parties, celebrations and events are not permitted. Smoking and pets are not allowed. A copy of every guest's identification document is required to confirm the reservation. A damage deposit of 200.00 EUR applies. Mandatory final cleaning costs 75€ per stay; the displayed charge period ends in December 2030, with part of the date range obscured. Guests must dispose of all rubbish and leave the property properly tidied before departure; otherwise €90 will be deducted from the security deposit. Consult the advertiser for possible charges.
