## About the house

The first-floor apartment is reached on foot and has a bright living room with a sofa, television and dining table. The separate equipped kitchen includes cooking utensils, an oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, kettle, moka pot and espresso coffee machine.

A spiral staircase from the living area leads to a mezzanine bedroom with a queen-size bed and desk. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed and a single sofa bed. There are two bathrooms, each with a shower.

Amenities include air conditioning in the bedrooms, independent heating, free Wi-Fi, a washing machine, iron and hairdryer. A cot and high chair are available on request for €25 per item per stay. Local experiences can be arranged on request.

The apartment is a few steps from Bologna's racecourse and is connected to the historic center. The central train station is 1.5 km away, and the airport is a 15-minute drive away.
