Parties, events and smoking are not allowed. Contact the team for more information before travelling with pets. Arrange your check-in time with the local team at least 48 hours before arrival. Standard arrivals end at 20:00. Late check-in and check-out are available on request, subject to availability; arrivals after 20:00 may incur an additional charge from € 20 to € 40. A tourist tax may be payable upon arrival or a few days beforehand, with the amount determined by local regulations; booking-specific information is available in the Wonderful Italy Guest Area. Check-out is no later than 10:00.
Getting there
Access requires one flight of stairs above the lift's fifth-floor stop. Turin Caselle Airport is 17 km away; Porta Susa railway station is about 1 km away and Porta Nuova railway station is about 2 km away.
