House rules
The property is exclusively available to one renter for a full 30-day period. The full monthly rate applies regardless of nights stayed, with no prorated rates. A utility fee or deposit applies to stays of 21 to 30 days or longer. Keep doors and windows closed while air conditioning operates. Optional pool heating costs $250 plus GE tax per day. Beach equipment rentals carry an additional charge.
Getting there
Direct access from the beachfront lawn to a protected oceanfront cove for swimming, snorkeling and shoreline strolls. A car is necessary. Honolulu's restaurants, shopping and cultural attractions are a short drive away. Hanauma Bay is approximately 20 minutes away; Pearl Harbor Historic Sites are approximately 25 minutes away.
