## About the house

The 13,000-square-foot residence has a gated entrance, a banyan-lined circular drive and stone pathways across a reflection pond. The great room has vaulted open-beam ceilings and retractable walls opening toward the Pacific. A separate family room, a game room with a pool table, and indoor and outdoor dining areas provide additional gathering space.

The main kitchen includes a large island, extensive preparation space, premium appliances, an espresso machine, wine fridge and ice maker. The detached guest house has its own full kitchen, lounge area and garden-view lanai.

Eight bedrooms have central air conditioning, ceiling fans and ensuite bathrooms. The primary and second bedrooms have ocean views and lanai access. Several downstairs bedrooms have wet bars and exterior courtyard entrances; the sixth bedroom connects to the seventh.

Outside are a private oceanfront pool, hot tub, shaded cabana, tropical gardens, BBQ and beachfront lawn with direct access to a protected cove for swimming, snorkeling and shoreline strolls. Additional facilities include a private gym, an ocean-view office with lanai access, dedicated workspaces, high-speed Wi-Fi, washer and dryer, free parking, beach towels and security cameras. Beach equipment rentals are available for an additional charge.

Honolulu's restaurants, shopping and cultural attractions are a short drive away. Hanauma Bay is approximately 20 minutes away, and Pearl Harbor Historic Sites approximately 25 minutes away. The estate is offered exclusively to one renter for a full 30-day period.
