House rules
Children must be supervised at all times because the property has dams, ponds, watercourses, wildlife and other water features. Pets are accepted by arrangement only. Smoking is not permitted. Schoolies, bucks and hens groups are not suitable, and parties are prohibited. Guests must not approach horses or other animals. The garage is inaccessible to guests.
Getting there
Bangalow village is a 7-minute drive away and Byron Bay is a 15-minute drive away. Parking is limited to 4 vehicles: 2 undercover spaces and 2 driveway spaces. Guests may enjoy the lawns, gardens and verandahs but must not enter the surrounding rural farmland, farm paddocks or approach animals.
