## About the house

The restored two-storey house stands on 14,000 square metres of secluded land, including 7,000 square metres of landscaped grounds with Mediterranean plants, shade trees and lemon and orange trees. Views extend across the countryside toward the Tramuntana mountains, Puig de Cura, Mont Ferrutx and Puig de Sant Salvador. A furnished terrace has a barbecue; gravel surrounds the house. The 5.5 × 3 m saltwater pool is 1.15–1.70 m deep, with an outdoor shower, a paved sunbathing area and six sunbeds.

The interiors contain 18th- and early 19th-century furniture and an art collection. A dining room leads to a living room with air conditioning, a wood-burning stove, satellite television and a CD player. An archway separates the fully equipped kitchen, which has a gas hob, oven and microwave. A separate utility room contains a washing machine, iron and ironing board. Free Wi-Fi is available.

Two bedrooms are in the main house, each with a wardrobe and fan. The ground-floor bedroom has two single beds pushed together and an en-suite bathroom with a separate bath and shower. The first-floor bedroom has two separate single beds. The annexe bedroom has two single beds pushed together, an en-suite shower bathroom and direct garden access. A cot, high chair and an additional fan are available.

Solar panels supply the estate’s energy. Water comes from the estate’s own sources, and treated wastewater is reused to water the gardens. Exterior parking is free and accommodates five cars. The property is in rural Manacor, between Vilafranca de Bonany, Felanitx and Manacor; Cala Domingos beach is approximately 23.8 km away.

Pets, events and smoking are not allowed. Consult the advertiser for possible additional charges. The mandatory Balearic tourist tax (Ecotasa) applies to guests aged 16 and over: €0.55 per guest per night in low season and €2.2 per guest per night in high season. The tax is reduced by half from the ninth day of the stay.
