The house

The home accommodates up to 14 guests across three bedrooms and an additional basement sleeping area. The open-plan main living, dining and kitchen areas have several sofas and an armchair, vintage movie posters, sculptures and other artwork. A wood-burning fireplace, central air conditioning and heating are available. The kitchen includes a stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, cookware, dishes, toaster, blender and wine fridge. The indoor dining table seats six.

Bedroom 1 has a king bed, air conditioning, an ensuite bathroom, TV and closet. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed, air conditioning and closet; Bedroom 3 has three twin beds, air conditioning and closet. The basement provides three queen beds and two twin beds. Bathroom facilities include a shower and tub, a shower/tub combination and a lower-level half bathroom.

Outside are a heated freshwater private pool, an uncovered deck/patio, lounge chairs, outdoor dining furniture with an umbrella, a gas grill and a hot-and-cold outdoor shower. The backyard is fenced, but the pool is not fenced. Linens, bath towels, pool/beach towels, a hair dryer, washer and dryer are provided. A gym/fitness room, laptop-friendly workspace, Wi-Fi and driveway parking for four cars are available.

Amagansett's center, public tennis courts and a playground are within walking distance. East Hampton Village is a short drive away; Abraham's Path Recreation Park and Balsam Farm Stand are nearby. The homeowner manages on-the-ground operations and guest communication after booking confirmation.
