## About the house

Ballena Bliss Estate includes a three-bedroom main home and a separate two-bedroom casita, booked together on a private gated property south of Uvita. A private pool, decks and a large patio provide space for ten guests to spend time together.

All three main-house bedrooms are upstairs with air conditioning, including a king suite, queen bedroom and twin bedroom. The owner’s suite and queen bedroom have work desks, and a covered ocean-view balcony extends the upper floor. The casita provides two independent queen-bedroom spaces, each with air conditioning, kitchenette and bathroom. No spaces are shared with other bookings.

A 4x4 is recommended, though suitable two-wheel-drive vehicles can reach the home; small vehicles cannot. Main-house bedrooms are upstairs, and the casita spaces occupy separate levels. Uber is unavailable and taxis are not always available.

The entire estate and pool are exclusively for booked guests; there are no shared spaces. The baby travel bed is available for an additional fee and must be requested at least 48 hours in advance.
