House rules
No parties or outside guests. No shoes inside the house. No smoking. Do not take towels to the beach. No glass is allowed by the pool; plastic cups are provided. Keep doors closed and lights off to keep insects out. Pets are not allowed. A photo of each guest's passport is requested before arrival. Enter the accurate guest count when booking; additional guests added later are charged separately.
Getting there
The property is in Uvita. A 4x4 vehicle is needed to reach the property and drive down the community driveway to the house. San Jose Airport (SJO) is about a three-hour drive without traffic. A small nearby town has restaurants and shops.
