## About the house

The villa is arranged around two central zen water features, with open-plan living and dining areas connected to outdoor spaces. Bedrooms sit on opposite sides of the central living area. There are five ensuite bathrooms and a separate powder room accessible from the shared areas. The primary bedroom and Guest Bedroom 2 have king beds; Guest Bedrooms 3, 4 and 5 have queen bedding. An internal connection links neighboring bedrooms. The primary bedroom has a private courtyard and outdoor shower, and the outdoor layout also includes courtyards and outdoor showers for two primary suites.

Facilities include a private pool, kitchen with kitchen basics, BBQ, lanai or balcony, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, satellite or cable TV, a speaker system, safe, dryer, hair dryer, shampoo, essentials and hot water. A parking space and one four-seater golf cart are included.

Housekeeper, chef and waiter services are included. Concierge arrangements are available for private travel, airport transfers, yacht charters, car rentals, grocery pre-stocking, villa meet-and-greet service, tours, excursions, dinner reservations, activities, catering, yoga, in-villa massages and additional staff.

The villa is within the gated Casa de Campo community. Minitas Beach is 0.5 miles away; the marina and Golf Pro Shop are each 2.2 miles away, the Tennis Center is 2.3 miles away, the Shooting Center is 2.9 miles away and Altos de Chavon is 3.6 miles away. Resort registration provides access to designated facilities, including the Equestrian Center, Shooting Center, Tennis Courts, Casa de Campo Spa, golf courses with advance tee times, Fitness Center, pool and Minitas Beach towels and chaise lounges, and Central Romana Medical Center services.

Smoking and pets are not allowed. Christmas and New Year stays require a 10-night minimum. Casa de Campo resort registration is required before arrival, with guest names and passport numbers required for registration. Mandatory resort fees are paid directly to the resort: $25 per adult per day for guests 12 and older, $12 per child per day for children ages 4 to 12, and complimentary access for children under 4. An 18% service fee and the resort fee are additional to accommodation charges. The security deposit equals one night's stay. Occupancy pricing is based on double occupancy per bedroom. Golf course access requires advance tee times.
