The bedroom has bunk beds with two 90 × 200 cm single sleeping surfaces, best suited to children and teenagers. The living room has a 140 × 200 cm Poltronesofà double sofa bed. There is a recently renovated shower room with a toilet, a kitchenette equipped for simple meals with dishes for four, and a sea-view terrace with a table and chairs. Wi-Fi, a laptop-friendly workspace, heating, fans, a washing machine and a hair dryer are available. Toiletries, bed linen and towels are included. A private parking space is reserved inside the residence. Guests have free access to the shared outdoor swimming pool and tennis court. The fenced pool opens only from 20 June to 31 August, from 10:00 to 20:00; tight-fitting swimwear is required. The residence is in central Sausset-les-Pins, between Marseille and Martigues. The harbour, restaurants and ice-cream shops are two minutes away on foot, beaches five minutes, and the train station ten minutes. Shops and a bakery are a few minutes away on foot, with a coastal path for seaside walks. By car, Carry-le-Rouet and its calanques are ten minutes away, Martigues twenty minutes, Marseille 35–40 minutes and Aix-en-Provence about forty minutes. Self check-in is available from 17:00. An arrival guide is sent the day before arrival. Early check-in and late check-out can be requested and are subject to availability.
