House rules
No parties, including schoolies, hens or bucks gatherings. No pets or smoking. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 22:00 and 08:00. Unless agreed in advance, stays are for private residential use only and only for the number of guests on the booking. Bookings must reflect the exact guest count; contact the manager if it changes. Linen is not provided; hire is available. Firewood is supplied only from May to October. Required arrival days may apply during peak periods, subject to the booking terms.
Getting there
The home backs onto the golf course's 12th fairway and is close to hinterland walking tracks, bike paths, the river, the beach and the Great Ocean Road. On-site parking is limited to three car spaces.
