House rules
The minimum rental period is one month. For stays of 30 days or longer, an extra fee of 80€ applies to cover domestic services such as water, electricity and gas in case of non-responsible use. Guests must collect the keys at the Welcome Center in Lisbon and provide ID or passport information at check-in. A mandatory tourist tax is included in the final price; if not collected when reserving, it must be paid at check-in. All remaining payments must be made in cash. A confirmation voucher with reservation details and additional services is sent by email.
Getting there
The apartment is on the second floor, with a lift. It is in a nightlife area with bars and restaurants open until late.
