House rules

Minimum rental period: one month. For stays of 30 days or longer, an extra fee of 80€ applies to cover domestic services such as water, electricity and gas in case of non-responsible use. A mandatory tourist tax is included in the final price; if not collected when booking, it must be paid at check-in. All remaining payments must be made in cash. All guests must provide ID or passport information at check-in. Go directly to the apartment and contact the team on arrival to complete identification and receive code-based access instructions.

Getting there

The apartment is on the second floor, with a lift. It is in a nightlife area where bars and restaurants remain open until late.
