House rules
The property is unsuitable for children under 10 because low dry-stone walls overlook the cliff. Parties, events and visitors exceeding the maximum guest limit are forbidden without prior written authorization. Unauthorised chefs and suppliers are not permitted.
Getting there
The sea is accessible directly from the house via a private path leading down to a rocky bay. Porto Ulisse beaches are 1 km away, and equipped and free sandy beaches can be reached on foot or in a few minutes by car. The access roads are paved up to the entrance gate. A short flight of stairs leads to the sea platform. The property has three covered and three uncovered parking spaces.
