The property has a main house and three annexes connected by garden paths. The main house includes a living room, dining room, kitchen, guest bathroom and one double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and private sea-view terrace. Annex 3 has one double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and private sea-view terrace. The property has terraces, a sea-view platform with sunbeds, a shaded pergola and outdoor showers.

The sea is accessible directly from the house via a private path leading down to a rocky bay. A short flight of stairs leads to the sea platform. Porto Ulisse beaches are 1 km away; equipped and free sandy beaches can also be reached on foot or in a few minutes by car. Access roads are paved up to the entrance gate. The property has low dry-stone walls overlooking the cliff and is unsuitable for children under 10.

The maximum occupancy is four guests. Parties, events and visitors exceeding the maximum guest limit are forbidden without prior written authorization. No other guests will be present on site when the property is rented in this solution.
