House rules
The maximum occupancy is 10 guests. Parties, events and visitors exceeding the maximum guest limit are forbidden without prior written authorization and agreed terms. Pets up to medium size are permitted. The property is not certified for reduced-mobility access. The washing machine is reserved for dedicated staff use.
Getting there
The sea is accessible directly from the house via a private path leading to a rocky bay. Porto Ulisse beaches are 1 km away; equipped and free sandy beaches can also be reached on foot or in a few minutes by car. Access roads are paved up to the entrance gate. The property is unsuitable for children under 10 because low dry-stone walls overlook the cliff.
