The property comprises a main house and three independent annexes connected by garden paths. The main house has shared living and dining areas, a communal kitchen and one bedroom. Four further double bedrooms are in the annexes, each with a private bathroom and outdoor area. Terraces, sea views, a sea platform, sunbeds, shaded areas and outdoor showers are available. The property is unsuitable for children under 10 because low dry-stone walls overlook the cliff.

The property is unsuitable for children under 10 because low dry-stone walls overlook the cliff.

The maximum occupancy is 10 guests. Parties, events and visitors exceeding the maximum guest limit are forbidden without prior written authorization and agreed terms. Pets up to medium size are permitted. The property is not certified for reduced-mobility access. The washing machine is reserved for dedicated staff use.
