Smoking, parties and events are not permitted. Contact the team before travelling with pets. Arrange your arrival time with the local team at least 48 hours in advance. The arrival window begins at 15:00 or 16:00 depending on the destination and ends at 20:00. Late check-in and check-out are available on request, subject to availability. Arrivals after 20:00 may incur an additional charge of €20–€40. A tourist tax may be required on arrival or a few days beforehand; the amount depends on local regulations, with booking-specific information available in the Wonderful Italy Guest Area.
Getting there
The house spans three levels, with stairs leading to the main living room. Palermo airport is approximately 100 km away; Catania airport is 150 km away. Hiring a car at the airport is recommended for guests arriving by plane.
