The hotel offers 57 individually designed rooms, lofts and suites. Room categories include the Double Room, ABBA Gold Junior Suite, Loft Room and Veranda Suite. The Veranda Suite has two bedrooms with double beds, en-suite bathrooms with bathtubs, a separate lounge area, a dining table and a 37 m² private veranda. Backstage Brasserie & Bar serves food and drinks at the hotel.

The hotel is on Djurgården. Stockholm city centre is about 10 minutes away by tram, car or taxi. Södermalm is about 10 minutes away. ABBA The Museum is in the same building, and Cirkus Arena is directly across the street.

The Veranda Suite is non-smoking. Pets are allowed in the Veranda Suite.
