House rules
No parties or venue use, no smoking and no pets. Children are welcome, but supervise them because of the unfenced quiet-road and nearby beach access. Spa pool use is not permitted after 10pm. Additional charges apply for extra cleaning, BBQ or oven cleaning, or excessive rubbish disposal.
Getting there
Marahau beach is a leisurely stroll away. Kaiteriteri is a 15-minute drive away and Motueka is a 20-minute drive away. Abel Tasman Track is 1.3 km away and Kaiteriteri Beach is 3.4 km away. The property has unfenced quiet-road and nearby beach access.
