House rules
The minimum rental period is one month. For stays of 30 days or longer, an 80€ surcharge applies to cover extra domestic service charges, including water, electricity and gas, in cases of non-responsible use. A mandatory tourist tax is included in the final price; if not collected during reservation, it must be paid at check-in. All remaining payments must be made in cash. All guests must provide ID or passport information at check-in. Guests should go directly to the apartment and contact the team on arrival to complete identification and obtain code-based access.
