House rules
No smoking. Additional kayaks are available for discounted rental with a signed waiver. Single and tandem kayak rentals also require a signed waiver. Grocery and beverage deliveries should be sent to the GCVC Welcome Center for pickup.
Getting there
The property is oceanfront with shallow snorkeling along the shoreline. The beach can include sand, pebbles, coral, and shells depending on the season; pool shoes are advised on the beach and in the water. Two large resorts with water sports, beaches, bars, restaurants, and a grocery store are under a 10-minute drive east; Rum Point is a 15-minute drive west.
