The house

The home has an entrance hall with storage space and an open-plan living room and kitchen. The kitchen includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, cooking facilities and a separate 44-litre freezer. The living room has a wood-burning stove, a flat-screen television, satellite reception with German channels and a radio. Heating includes electric heating and an air-to-air heat pump.

There are three bedrooms: one with a double bed and two with two single beds each. The bathroom has underfloor heating, and the home also has a sauna, washing machine and tumble dryer.

The 1,200 m² natural plot has an open terrace and a screened terrace, outdoor furniture, sun loungers, a charcoal barbecue, a storage shed and a swing. The house was built in 1985 and renovated in 2017. Bjerregård lies between the North Sea and Ringkøbing Fjord, with beaches, dunes and heathland nearby.
