The holiday home has three bedrooms, five single beds and two bathrooms, with bathroom underfloor heating. Built in 2017, it stands on a 1,248 m² natural plot. Indoors there is a wood-burning stove, electric heating and an air-to-air heat pump, together with a sauna.
The kitchen includes a refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, cooking facilities and a separate 60-litre freezer. A washing machine and tumble dryer are available. Entertainment includes two flat-screen televisions, German channels, a DVD player and a radio. Free fibre internet and Wi-Fi are provided.
The screened, enclosed terrace has garden furniture, sun loungers and a gas barbecue. Outdoors there is also a storage shed, sandpit and swing. Up to two pets are welcome.
The North Sea is 200 metres away, reached by a short walk through the dunes. The nearest shopping is approximately 1,100 metres away.
