The house

The home has two bedrooms and one bathroom. Sleeping facilities include one double bed and two single beds. The open-plan kitchen connects to the dining and living area, where there is a wood-burning stove. Kitchen equipment includes a refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave, dishwasher and oven/stove. The living room has a flat-screen TV with selected Danish and German satellite channels, a radio and laminate flooring; the sleeping areas have carpet.

The bathroom has underfloor heating and an adjoining sauna and two-person whirlpool bath. Electric heating, an air-to-air heat pump and a washing machine are available. Wi-Fi is included.

The living room opens onto a south-facing terrace with garden furniture, sun loungers and a charcoal barbecue. There are open, screened, enclosed and covered terrace areas. The 1,367 m² natural plot is fenced and has a tool shed, sandpit and swing. The home was built in 1960 and renovated in 2004.

The North Sea beach is 900 m away, and the nearest shopping is 400 m away. The local grocery shop is a five-minute walk away. Protected heathland and dunes, Ringkøbing Fjord and the North Sea are within a one-kilometre radius.
