The house

Built in 2020, this 101 m² holiday home stands on a 1,272 m² natural plot. The open-plan living, dining and kitchen area has large south-facing panoramic windows. The kitchen includes a dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, oven/stove and a separate 40-litre freezer. The living room has a wood-burning stove and a flat-screen television with German satellite channels. Electric heating and an air-to-air heat pump are available.

Two bedrooms each have a double bed, and the third has two single beds. The bedrooms have wood flooring and wardrobe space. Both bathrooms have underfloor heating. The western bathroom opens onto the west-facing terrace, where the outdoor sauna and seasonal outdoor shower are located. A washing machine and tumble dryer are in the entrance area.

The grounds include open, enclosed and covered terrace areas, outdoor furniture, sun loungers and a charcoal barbecue. A four-person wilderness bath, sandbox and swing are available. The outdoor shower operates from April to 1 November. An electric-vehicle charging point has a Type 2 connection; bring your own cable. Free fibre internet and Wi-Fi are available.

The beach is a short walk away, and the nearest shop is 500 m away. Cycle paths on Holmsland Klit run through natural areas and holiday-home districts behind the dunes, away from the road.
