The house

The 90 m² home stands on a 1,595 m² natural plot and accommodates six guests. Built in 1983 and renovated in 2015, it has bright interiors with wood-clad walls and ceilings. The three bedrooms contain two double beds and two single beds in total. The bathroom has underfloor heating, and there is a small step down into it. A sauna and a two-person drain-after-use whirlpool bath are available.

The furnished living room has a wood-burning stove, a flat-screen television with German satellite channels, a DVD player and a radio with CD player. Heating includes electric heating and an air-to-air heat pump in the living area. Free fibre internet is available. The kitchen includes a refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, oven and stove, and a separate 70-litre freezer. A washing machine and tumble dryer are provided.

Large screened, furnished terraces face east, south and west; the terrace facilities include enclosed and covered areas. Outdoor equipment includes sun loungers, a charcoal barbecue, a storage shed, swings and a sandpit. The home is on Holmsland Klit between the North Sea and Ringkøbing Fjord, with the nearest beach 250 m away and the nearest shopping 1,200 m away. Up to two dogs are welcome.
