The house

The home has 98 m² of living space on a 1,203 m² natural plot. Built in 1986 and renovated in 2024, it has four bedrooms: three with a double bed each and one with two single beds. An additional double sofa bed provides another sleeping option; maximum occupancy remains six guests. There is one bathroom with underfloor heating and a separate guest toilet.

The living area has a wood-burning stove, an air-to-air heat pump, a flat-screen television with selected Danish and German satellite channels, a radio, and CD and DVD players. The kitchen includes a refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher and a separate 50-litre freezer. A washing machine and tumble dryer are provided, along with free Wi-Fi.

The living room opens onto an enclosed terrace, with a covered terrace area, garden furniture, loungers and a charcoal barbecue. The grounds include a swing and a storage shed. One cot and one high chair are available.

The North Sea beach is 600 metres away and the nearest shopping is 1,000 metres away. Nearby surroundings include dunes, heathland, some woodland and local playgrounds. A cycle route runs from Bjerregård towards Søndervig.
